Bethesda VBS

Last week Lorelai and Miller went to a local church for VBS.  Sierra and Chase were there, also, and they all had a great time.  The last evening's culminating events we so much fun so of course I took a boatload of pictures - 660 to be exact.  Here is a sample.

Feeding Time

At Riverbanks the alligator gets fed once a week.  The night of members' night was feeding time for the alligator and they made a big production out of it.  The kids watched mesmerized.

Our next step at Members' Night was the petting zoo.

More From Member's Night

The last time we were at the zoo the flamingos were nesting on their eggs.  This time many of the babies had hatched.

 The one that is standing was feeding the other because it was still keeping an egg warm.
